来lentor看Faber Residence 的样板房,这是lentor modern和mansion的就样板房再利用,就喜欢抠门省钱的开发商,这边是国浩的地盘,可以看到别的楼盘也是黑色调。 看了Faber Residence 的样板房后,感觉设计很好,户型方正实用,开发商预计价格$2200-2300psf,算是年底剩下要开楼盘里最便宜的,也有一些槽点比如衣柜和窗户。
