🔺Eat less food that breed parasites 🦠 in your gut !
🚩🚩Food like raw fish is actually not good because it breed too much parasites 🦠 > can cause brain fog + tiredness !
🚩🚩Food like bread 🥖 ( unless you bake it from scratch w/ organic whole grains bc al flour in the world 🌎 has heavy preservatives that can be cancerous + cause immunity disorder!

My favorite POKE bc I found out that It’s not just parasites in fish that can cause problems to humans gut but parasites poop can overflow to humans ‘ blood stream causing blood 🩸 CANCER or eventually hurt the kidneys leading to diabetes + gangrene on legs 😱😱😱
🚩🚩🚩Baked goods , cake + pastries 🥐 are not good for humans bc of sugar , yeasts , gluten and flour that are processed + full of chemicals > if you need to eat these items > you need to fkk ok it yourself or have someone baked you VEGAN pastries w/ less sugar !
The stuff from Bale or Italian restaurant are poisonous + will kill people or cause cancer when they go past 65 !
🚩🚩Stay away from canned good + SPAM and sausage bc it’s super cancerous !
If you need to eat chemicals , lab food bc if convenience > do plan to fast weekly and drink + do Daniel Fast w/ fruits + veggies 🥦 to detox your organs > try to cut down fast food + canned goods to only once per week + eventually cut it out totally from your diet !!!
♦️🟣♦️…Try to make easy food from scratch and take it with you to school or to work
Easy food to make and great for your gut is all the Whole Foods like salmon , organic chicken + tge best is ground turkey for your easy sauté ‘ veggies + quit white rice bc it turn into sugar !!!
♦️🟣♦️… Best rice to eat is black rice mix with brown rice + Indian Bastami White rice + some red quinoa in it for taste > cook these 4 grains together + make them into musubi + pan fried salmon or with saba fish > super cheap + delicious!!!
🟣🟣🟣…You can also make pucled onions 🧅 and chopped white sweet onion 🧅 into glass jar water 💦 container to drink as medicine to prevent colds bc onion water taste not bad at all !
🟣🟣🟣🟣… make your own Thsi curry w/ chicken and save them in fridge bc it’s more healthy + save your $$$
Also chew on Italian parsley 🌿 for good breath + also detox your body naturally > the Greek people eat lots of parsley 🌿 in their food to detox mercury and other chemical going through the body !
