I just don't care much about anything anymore. The Worry & strife for things that will eventually work out one way or another. Why? B/C that's what I have been trained to do. Plan, work your plan until it works out. So often, the plans fall apart. Do I not consider all possibilities? Of course not, how can you account for everything in this vast wide universe. The Universe will decide what factors are important.

it is up to us to "see" the important factors. I don't see a city of glitz + glam, although I Know that version exists. I see People trying to be seen by one another, heard by one another, felt & experienced by one another. Just like everywhere else, except much more costly overall. not just $$$ wise. Or are these just the price of admission to someone else's dream? In this material reality attention is King.

Who's attention do we have? Each other's? The Seekers who are also sought? That's the collective, the tribe, the soul fam. Lift each other up, not crabs in a bucket, but the water that frees Us all. "Be water" never rang So true. #writingforwellness #journaling #wellness #BeWater#fyp

... Read moreIn our fast-paced and unpredictable world, it's natural to feel overwhelmed by the constant worry and strife that come with trying to plan every detail of our lives. This article reflects a common human experience—the struggle to control outcomes in a vast and complex universe where, often, plans fall apart despite our best efforts. The key lies in learning to observe and "see" the important factors that truly matter, rather than getting lost in the glittering illusions of material success or societal expectations. One profound insight is the concept that "attention is King" in this material reality. Our attention, and more importantly, whose attention we have, shapes our reality and relationships. People seek to be seen, heard, and felt by others, craving authentic connections amidst a world that often prizes surface-level interactions. This longing resonates deeply within the human experience and highlights the value of fostering meaningful communities, or what the author calls "the collective, the tribe, the soul fam." The metaphor "Be water" emphasizes adaptability and resilience—qualities necessary for navigating life's uncertainties. Water flows around obstacles, shapes itself to the container, and perseveres without resistance; similarly, embracing this philosophy encourages us to lift each other up as supportive forces rather than competing or dragging one another down. Together, we create an environment where freedom and growth are possible. Practicing mindful journaling and writing for wellness, as indicated by the hashtags, offers a therapeutic outlet to process emotions and reflect on these life themes. By regularly engaging in these practices, individuals can cultivate greater self-awareness and emotional balance, ultimately leading to a more grounded and fulfilling experience despite life’s unpredictability. In essence, embracing uncertainty with a flexible mindset, focusing on meaningful attention, and supporting one another can transform challenges into opportunities for growth and connection. This approach aligns with timeless wisdom and modern wellness practices, making it relevant for anyone seeking depth and authenticity in today's material world.
