Guy friend acts clingy and won‘t stop...
So I tried to talk to my guy friend about boundaries last night, and he acted like I was speaking another language.
I told him I love him as a friend, but he’s way too comfortable with me lately — constant touching, comments, calling me “his girl” like it’s a joke. I finally said, “Hey, some stuff just isn’t appropriate.”
He goes, “I’ve told you before, just chill. What, you want me to stop talking to you?”
Like bro… no one said that. I just want basic respect.
It’s wild how “setting a boundary” suddenly makes you the bad guy. I swear, some dudes think being friendly equals being available.
Now I’m wondering if I should actually pull back or just ghost him quietly.
Because if I have to explain “personal space” again… is it even worth it?

If you tell someone they are making you uncomfortable and their response is to emotionally manipulate you and try to guilt or passively threaten you, they are not your friend. Quietly ghost just to avoid the drama. Be friendly, but not friends.
