Who would have thought that northeast and Vietnamese food would be so fusion and chic! The decor shop is so beautiful. The tone is green-orange with a unique bowl dish. Take a picture of any corner. The light in the shop is super beautiful.

• Salted Egg Corn Pounding: Crispy Sweet Corn (Blend of both Yellow and White Corn) Cooked Water Ruffle and Very Salted Egg, Big Dried Peasant, Super Delicious
• Roast Pork Neck: Cheerful, soft, glossy roast. Dip with northeast dipping sauce and Vietnamese dipping sauce is the best!
• Chopped pork jackal pot mouth: a soft, tender dough with a tight filling. Comes with a crispy fragrance and yeo pork. It is recommended to eat very hot.
• Thousand Cane Shrimp: Bouncy shrimp meat, gently smell of cane. Dip sweet dipping sauce, pea meal is compatible.
• Dipping Set: Scented Herbal Broth Kicking Nose Fresh Vegetable Wholesome Pork Meat. Framed to eat with friends is very fun.

ครั้งหนึ่งที่ได้ไปลองร้านสเลญวน ทำให้รู้สึกว่าอาหารฟิวชั่นระหว่างอีสานกับเวียดนามมีเสน่ห์ไม่เหมือนใคร ร้านนี้โดดเด่นด้วยบรรยากาศโทนสีเขียว-ส้มที่สดใส และตกแต่งอย่างทันสมัย เรียกได้ว่าถ่ายรูปได้ทุกมุมจริงๆ เมนูโปรดของผมคือ "ตำข้าวโพดไข่เค็ม" ซึ่งทำให้รสชาติอีสานแบบดั้งเดิมมีความนัวและหวานจากข้าวโพดทั้งเหลืองและขาวผสมกัน ไข่เค็มกับกุ้งแห้งตัวใหญ่ช่วยเพิ่มความกลมกล่อม ส่วน "คอหมูย่าง" นั้นย่างมาจนเนื้อฉ่ำ นุ่มกำลังดี จิ้มกับน้ำจิ้มแจ่วและน้ำจิ้มเวียดนาม ถือเป็นการผสมผสานรสชาติที่แปลกใหม่มาก นอกจากนี้ยังมีเมนู "ปากหม้อญวนหมูสับ" ที่แป้งนุ่มละมุนและไส้แน่นจัดเต็ม ใช้หมูยอและหอมเจียวเพิ่มความกรอบ ทำให้รสชาติกลมกล่อมและกินเพลิน รวมถึง "กุ้งพันอ้อย" ที่มีกลิ่นหอมน่ารับประทานและเนื้อกุ้งเด้ง ตบท้ายด้วยชุดจิ้มจุ่ม น้ำซุปสมุนไพรหอมละมุนสดชื่น เหมาะกับการล้อมวงกินกับเพื่อนๆ ที่มาที่นี่แล้วจะได้สัมผัสบรรยากาศและรสชาติที่หลากหลาย ร้านตั้งอยู่ในเซ็นทรัล พาร์ค แบงคอก ตัวร้านดูสะอาด นั่งสบาย เหมาะสำหรับคนที่ชอบลองของใหม่ๆ ที่ผสมผสานความเป็นไทยและเวียดนามได้อย่างลงตัว สำหรับใครที่ชอบถ่ายรูปหรือหาร้านนั่งชิลล์ พร้อมกับอาหารรสชาติประทับใจ ร้านนี้ตอบโจทย์จริงๆครับ
