🛒 Equipment to prepare (very easy to buy):
Our Own Old Table (In Figure Is A Japanese Table With Glass / iPad Slots)
Mosaic tiles (We choose clear-red / brown tones, alternately to look dimensional)
Tile glue / nail glue
Grout cement (we choose white)
Trowel (or old ruler) + sponge
🛠️ Doing steps (do it yourself, not as hard as you think!):
Step 1: Plan & Arrange
Start by cleaning the table and trying to get the tiles to sort it out a little bit. The most challenging point is "tumbler and iPad slots." You have to slowly line up the edges. 😅
Step 2: Glue
Once you get your favorite pattern, you can apply the glue and paste the tiles one by one. This step is very focused (open the series to enjoy). You can paste it and leave the glue to dry completely according to the manual.
Step 3: Down the line.
Once it's dry, mix it with sealant, rub it down, fill the tile. Don't be afraid of messing it up!
Step 4: Wipe Clean
Wait for the damp (about 15-20 minutes). Use a sponge to twist the damp. Gradually wipe off the grout stain on the face of the tile. Wipe it until the tile shines ✨ and leave it for the grout to set overnight.
💡 After Done Review & Small Trick:
The result: Very proud! 💖 The table looks Pop Art. Take pictures of any corner is chic. Put on the coffee. The decoration is awesome!
Caution: The table will gain a little weight, and when you wipe the grout, you have to calm down. Wipe it clean when it's not completely dry, otherwise it will be very difficult to scrape it off.
The edges or grooves may not be as smooth as a professional, but I think it's the charm of Handmade work.
