Ingredients
- chef boyardee pizza maker
- shredded cheese of your choice and sliced mozarella
- 2 jalapeños
- 1/2 red onion
- two chicken breasts
- bbq sauce
- crushed Doritos ( I used cool ranch)
- (chicken seasoning) paprika, garlic powder, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper
Bake two chicken breasts (seasoned) until they reach an internal temperature of 165°. Chop into small cubes and set aside. Preheat oven to 425°. Form dough in a bowl. Once formed into a soft ball drizzle olive oil and cover with a kitchen cloth. Chop red onion, and jalapeños. On baking pan drizzle olive oil and shape dough to make pizza crust. On dough sprinkle crushed Doritos and flip so the crusted side is on the bottom. Add bbq sauce and smooth evenly. Add your shredded cheese. Add red onion, jalapeño and chicken. Pop pizza in oven for 12 minutes. Rotate to cook crust evenly and cook for another 12 minutes. Cut and add cut mozzarella. Enjoy!
