Set your camera for continuous shooting with a wide field of view, choose a long exposure (15-30 seconds), and let it capture frames for an hour or more. You'll likely catch a few! For other celestial event photography tips, like capturing meteor showers or conjunctions, research their timing and direction, then apply the same basic settings. After you've captured your RAW files, a little post-processing can truly make your stars pop.
