But it is true that we often see that some people do not tolerate success when one's success does not pull anything out of another's life. The world does not divide success into pieces of cake that one gets more, the other gets less, but we humans unconsciously think so.
When someone is progressing well, getting praise, or getting to the point of dreaming, instead of being willing, they feel interrupted in their heart, like something deep down, a feeling that's hard to explain, not angry, not hating, but uncomfortable, like being poked at something hidden inside.
The root of it is often not the success of others, but more "dissatisfaction in one's life," when one still feels that one is nowhere to go, is still stuck, or is not proud of what there is, the image of someone who goes farther becomes too clear a mirror, it shows what he lacks, and that makes his heart resist.
So some people choose ways to devalue other people's success instead of enriching themselves, such as saying that they are lucky, have some lines, some flukes, or speak disdainfully to lighten their feelings. In fact, most success is often filled with efforts that outside people have never seen.
But not everyone is like that. There are many people who see others well and feel encouraged. "If they can, we can do it." These people will use the success of others as a fire, not as an envy. They choose to turn their shocks into life.
In fact, pleasure with others is a skill that requires practice, because it requires inner stability, must know your own worth, must understand that everyone runs different paths, time is not the same, life rhythm is not the same, some are slow but far away, some are active but have to rest in the middle of the way, not one formula is fixed.
If we feel strange when you see someone succeed, don't blame yourself. Instead, use it as a sign, a sign that says we might want to go further, want to get better, and there are some things we haven't taken seriously.
Change from "Why?" to "How are we going to get there?"
Change from "don't want to see him stand out" to "what kind of development will we improve ourselves?"

ในชีวิตประจำวันผมสังเกตว่าหลายครั้งที่เราเจอกับความรู้สึกแปลก ๆ เมื่อมีคนรอบตัวประสบความสำเร็จ เช่น เพื่อนร่วมงานเลื่อนตำแหน่ง หรือคนรู้จักเปิดกิจการใหม่ได้ดี สิ่งเหล่านี้บางครั้งกลับสร้างความรู้สึกไม่สบายใจโดยไม่รู้ตัว ซึ่งจากประสบการณ์ตรง ผมพบว่าสาเหตุหลักมาจากความรู้สึกไม่พอใจในตัวเองหรือความรู้สึกอยากพัฒนาตัวเองแต่ยังไม่กล้าลงมือทำจริงจัง ผมเองเคยผ่านช่วงเวลาที่รู้สึกแบบนี้เหมือนกัน แต่พอเริ่มเปลี่ยนมุมมองว่า "ความสำเร็จของคนอื่นสามารถเป็นแรงบันดาลใจให้เรา" แทนที่จะเป็นอุปสรรค ทำให้อยากตั้งเป้าก้าวไปข้างหน้ามากขึ้น จะว่าไปแล้ว ความรู้สึกเหล่านี้ก็เหมือนเป็นสัญญาณเตือนให้เรารู้ว่ามีสิ่งใดที่ยังต้องพัฒนา หรือทำให้เราเข้าใจถึงจุดที่เราอยากไปถึงในอนาคต อีกอย่างที่สำคัญคือ การเห็นคุณค่าในตนเองและรู้จักยินดีกับความสำเร็จของคนอื่น ถือเป็นทักษะที่ต้องฝึกอย่างตั้งใจ การยอมรับว่าทุกคนมีจังหวะชีวิตและเส้นทางที่แตกต่างกัน ทำให้เราไม่เปรียบเทียบตนเองกับใครอย่างไม่เป็นธรรม นอกจากนี้ การเลือกที่จะสนับสนุนและให้กำลังใจผู้ที่ประสบความสำเร็จ ยังช่วยสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่ดีที่ทุกคนสามารถเติบโตไปด้วยกันได้ โดยไม่ต้องแข่งขันแย่งชิงจนเกินไป ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่ผมอยากแนะนำให้ทุกคนลองฝึกฝนไปด้วยกัน สรุปแล้ว การรู้สึก "แปลกใจหรือไม่สบายใจ" เมื่อเห็นความสำเร็จของผู้อื่นไม่ใช่เรื่องผิด แต่เราควรใช้ความรู้สึกนั้นเป็นแรงผลักดัน ปรับเปลี่ยนมุมมองและลงมือพัฒนาตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อให้แต่ละคนเดินไปถึงเป้าหมายในชีวิตของตนเองได้อย่างมีความสุขและประสบความสำเร็จอย่างยั่งยืน
