Legendary store from Japan Katsumidori Sushi 🍣
Can say that before eating, I secretly think that it will be really delicious. More people per queue than 😭. But after trying, I understand why people will wait and wait for a long time.
The sushi of Katsumidori Sushi is fresh fish. The rice is very good, not too tight, not too messy. And the fish is sweet, knowing that the good thing is real. 🥹
My favorite is the variety of menus, not just salmon or tuna, but other things to try, and the price is, compared to the quality, the value is great, eat incorrectly (but finally the bill is strong, haha).
The conclusion is that if you want to eat good quality sushi on a budget that is still okay, this shop is supposed to try once. But if you don't like waiting for a long queue, you may have to do a little bit 😅 because you wait really long.

ประสบการณ์ที่ร้านคัตสึมิโดริซูชิทำให้รู้ว่าความนิยมไม่ได้มาเพราะโชคช่วย ร้านนี้ตั้งใจใช้วัตถุดิบสดใหม่อย่างแท้จริง ทุกคำที่กินส่งผ่านความหวานและความสดของปลาทะเลแบบที่หากินได้ยากในซูชิทั่วไป ข้าวปั้นที่นี่มีความสมดุลมาก ไม่แน่นจนบดขยี้เนื้อปลา แต่ไม่แหลกจนเสียรูป รู้สึกถึงเทคนิคการเตรียมข้าวที่ดีมาก การมีเมนูหลากหลายทำให้รู้สึกอยากกลับมาลองเมนูอื่น ๆ อยู่เรื่อย ๆ ไม่จำกัดแค่วัตถุดิบที่ได้รับความนิยมสูงเช่นปลาแซลมอนหรือทูน่า อย่างไรก็ตาม คิวที่ยาวและการรอคอยนานเป็นสิ่งที่ต้องเตรียมใจ ไม่เหมาะกับคนใจร้อนแต่สำหรับผู้ที่โอเคกับการรอคอย รสชาติและคุณภาพถือว่าคุ้มค่าและทำให้ประสบการณ์กินซูชิที่นี่พิเศษขึ้นมาก นอกจากรสชาติที่ดีแล้ว ราคาก็ถือว่าเหมาะสมกับคุณภาพ ไม่รู้สึกผิดเวลาสั่งเพิ่มหลายๆ เมนู แม้บิลจะออกมาสูงกว่าคาดแต่ก็ยังรู้สึกว่าการจ่ายถูกสำหรับประสบการณ์ที่ได้รับ โดยรวมแล้ว Katsumidori Sushi คือทางเลือกที่ดีสำหรับคนที่ชอบซูชิญี่ปุ่นแท้ ๆ ในประเทศไทยและมีเวลาในการรอคิวเพื่อความอร่อยที่แท้จริง
