Starting in the early 2024, I was very excited about Ping Chuan because Hormones had a lot of influence on our lives and starting this career with the original Na Dao house. Being involved in this work was very special to our hearts.

We're responsible for 9 main characters - Bambi, Diesel, Pure, Dream, Tokyo, Maung, Ice, Luk Chan, and Jay.
(The others have helped me think a little bit about my siblings)

After reading the script, written by Ping, Eng and Peong (2 directors), Guk and Oak, I really loved the character, probably because I worked with the actor Jane a lot, so I really understood these characters in my life.

When we talked direction, we wanted Cass to be a combination of a familiar actor and a new kid - an idea combination similar to Hormones first season.

But personally, we're aiming for Cass in TASTE to have a unique vibe to the characters in Hormones, because we respect Hormones and want to put it on the shelf. These 9 people aren't representative of any character. Everyone has a life of their own.

The Casting Direction that we put here is - I want to make people love the characters, I want to feel that this is a living screen character, not acting.

I want them to feel like "real life friends" that we are ready to understand when they do something wrong. When the series is over, I still miss them like friends who have not seen each other for a long time.

We designed the casting process to focus as much on the nature and instincts of the actor.
Open up space for the actor to interpret, look for what angle the actor understands or relates to the character, so that the actor can build the character's life beyond shooting time (of course, including acting skills that must be sufficient to play the role).

But if you do it at the same time, it's too directionless.
So divide the phase by taking the core of the story.

We interpret the main line in the story as having two lines.

1. Bambi, the core, has a pure detonator.
2. Diesel, the main influence on Bambi's new world, and the relationship with Dream.

So the first phase focuses on these four first, and then the next one, and as everyone has seen,
