การดูแลใจตนเองก่อนนอนเป็นสิ่งสำคัญอย่างยิ่งเพราะส่งผลต่อจิตใจและพลังงานในวันถัดไป ด้วยประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว ผมได้ลองปฏิบัติตามคาถาที่ว่า “ฉันขอคืนพลังทั้งหมดกลับสู่ตัวเอง… คืนนี้ฉันจะพักใจ เพื่อเริ่มต้นใหม่อย่างมีพลังอีกครั้ง” และพบว่ามันช่วยให้ใจสงบ ปลดปล่อยความคิดลบหรือเรื่องที่แก้ไขไม่ได้ในวันนั้นออกไป ความรู้สึกเหมือนได้ทิ้งขยะใจที่ไม่เป็นประโยชน์ ช่วยให้หลับสบายขึ้นและตื่นขึ้นมาพร้อมพลังใหม่ นอกจากนี้ การฝึกทิ้งเรื่องหนักใจออกไปก่อนนอนยังช่วยลดความเครียดสะสม ช่วยให้ระบบประสาทได้พักผ่อนเต็มที่ เมื่อไม่แบกเรื่องวุ่นวายไว้ในจิตใจ ทำให้เกิดความสดชื่นและพร้อมตั้งรับกับความท้าทายใหม่ๆ ในวันต่อไปได้ดีกว่าเดิม สิ่งที่สำคัญคือการเลือกจะเก็บเฉพาะสิ่งที่เป็นประโยชน์และเติมพลังใจแก่ตนเอง ผมแนะนำให้ทุกคนลองฝึกพูดคาถานี้ก่อนนอน และตั้งใจจดจ่อกับคำพูดนั้นอย่างเต็มที่ เช่นเดียวกับการขอคืนพลังงานดีๆ ให้กับใจของตัวเองด้วยความเชื่อมั่น การปฏิบัติอย่างสม่ำเสมอจะช่วยเพิ่มความเข้มแข็งของจิตใจ สร้างความมั่นคง และมีผลต่อการพัฒนาตัวเองในระยะยาวอย่างแท้จริง
