I absolutely adore making a Baileys Latte, especially when the weather starts to get a bit chilly or during the festive season. It feels so luxurious yet it's incredibly simple to put together at home, making it my go-to choice for a special treat. While the original recipe gives you the basics, I've got a few extra tips to make yours absolutely perfect, whether you're looking for a quick pick-me-up or a delightful addition to your holiday spread. For that essential coffee base, if you don't have an espresso machine, don't fret! You can easily use strong brewed coffee from a French press, a Moka pot, or even a good quality instant coffee mixed a bit stronger than usual. The key is a robust coffee flavor that can stand up to the creamy richness of the Baileys. I personally love trying different coffee beans to see how they pair with the liqueur. Now, for the frothed milk – this really elevates the entire drink! If you don't have a steamer wand, an electric milk frother works wonders. Another super simple hack is to warm your milk in a saucepan (just like the original recipe suggests), then pour it into a jar with a lid and shake vigorously until it's wonderfully foamy. Many non-dairy milks like oat or almond also froth beautifully, so you can easily customize it to your preference. I usually aim for a good, thick layer of foam to top it off, making sure it looks just as good as it tastes when served in a clear glass. When it comes to the star ingredient, Baileys, feel free to adjust the amount to your liking. Using a jigger for precision helps, but taste testing is always encouraged! I love seeing the beautiful layers in a clear glass before it all gently mixes together. And don't forget those chocolate sprinkles! They add a lovely touch of elegance and a hint of extra sweetness that truly completes the experience. The close-up of the finished Baileys Latte with those sprinkles is always a showstopper! Want to switch it up a bit? Sometimes I add a tiny splash of vanilla extract to my coffee, or a pinch of cinnamon for extra warmth and spice. For an even more decadent treat, you could swap the frothed milk for a generous dollop of whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel or chocolate sauce. This latte is so versatile! Beyond the hot latte, you can also try making an iced Baileys coffee for warmer days, or even add a shot to your hot chocolate for a different kind of cozy drink. It’s truly one of my favorite mixed drinks with Baileys, and often way easier to make than many complex cocktails. Whether you're making it for yourself or for guests, this Baileys Latte recipe is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser and a fantastic addition to any collection of Baileys drinks. It’s my go-to for a little bit of holiday magic in a mug. Enjoy!

This is such a great idea! Do you have any additional recommendations on what to add if we don’t want to drink baileys? Or does the brand offer any alternatives? 🍋🥰
