Brie & Raspberry Crostini
Brie & raspberry jam crostini is the perfect appetizer bite .
I cut some fresh French bread in nice thin slices and put some pieces of Brie on top . Air fried it at 350°f for 6-7 mins . I then Spread out the Melted Brie on the bread and added a little bit of raspberry jelly on top .
Easy and delicous . A classic combo the jam sweetens the creaminess and works well .
We also sometimes don’t add jam on some and just do Brie and little sprinkling of salt .

Brie crostini is not just a tasty appetizer; it's also an expression of elegance and simplicity in entertaining. To elevate your crostini experience, consider using high-quality ingredients. Instead of just any bread, opt for a fresh baguette or artisan sourdough for a more flavorful base. The marriage of creamy Brie with tangy raspberry jam provides a taste sensation that's sweet, savory, and slightly salty if you sprinkle a touch of sea salt on top. Experiment with adding a hint of fresh herbs like basil or mint to give your dish a refreshing twist. Alternatively, pairing Brie with other fruits like figs or pears can introduce a unique flavor profile. If you're preparing for a gathering, this crostini can be made ahead of time — just assemble the components right before serving to ensure the bread remains crispy. Brie, known for its soft texture and rich taste, can also be enjoyed on its own as part of a cheese board alongside crackers, nuts, and assorted fruits. Whether enjoyed as an appetizer, a snack, or part of a charcuterie spread, this Brie crostini recipe is bound to impress your guests with its sophistication and simplicity.
