So many things to knit and sooo little time!! Been flying through the WIPs lately so I figured we were a bit overdue for an update on everything I’ve knit recently! 🧶

Project 1: Hanstholm sweater by petite knit with Katia yarns Zekkei: Concept

Project 2: Tenzen sweater by woolfolk with Woolfolk fleck bulky

Project 3: Clyde scarf by Isabell Kraemer with myak fibers Fior di Lino

Project 4: Frankie sweater by petite knit with pascuali Balayage

3/13 Edited to

... Read moreKnitting has been such a rewarding and creative outlet for me, especially when combining unique patterns with high-quality yarns. Over the past few months, I’ve focused on completing some lovely sweaters and accessories that are perfect for layering as the seasons change. What I find particularly exciting about the Hanstholm sweater by Petite Knit, crafted with Katia yarns Zekkei Concept, is how the subtle texture and color variations in the yarn add so much depth and interest to the classic design. It’s been a joy to watch the fabric develop stitch by stitch, and the lightweight feel makes it versatile for different weather. The Tenzen sweater by Woolfolk, knitted in Woolfolk Fleck Bulky, has been an excellent project for cozy warmth. The flecked bulky yarn brings a rustic charm and substantial heft, making this sweater a comfortable choice for chilly days. The bulky yarn also speeds up the knitting process, which is perfect when juggling multiple WIPs. For accessories, the Clyde scarf by Isabell Kraemer, made with Myak Fibers Fior di Lino, stood out as a delicate and elegant piece. The linen-based yarn has a lovely drape and sheen, providing a cool but breathable scarf to complement my sweaters. Lastly, the Frankie sweater by Petite Knit, worked with Pascuali Balayage yarn, showcases beautiful hand-painting with color gradients that shift subtly across the garment. This project allowed me to practice managing color transitions gracefully in a knitted fabric. Updating on my knitting progress is always refreshing, as it motivates me to balance new projects while finishing ongoing ones. Sharing these WIPs and completed pieces connects me with others who appreciate the art and craft of knitting. If you’re looking for inspiration on combining patterns with quality yarns, these projects highlight how thoughtful choices elevate the final garments. Keep knitting and enjoying every stitch!
