3 steps that helped me achieved a clearer skin

1. Drink a lot of water

Water plays a vital role in our health. Drinking water does not benefit only our skin but also our overall health and well-being.

2. Eat healthier

I have a sweet tooth, I love sugar. Who doesn’t like sugar ? 🤧 But I also recognize that it’s not good for my health and it impacts my skin. So I try to minimize my sugar intake.

3. Have a simple skin care routine

A lot of skin care products do not only hurt our skin but our pockets as well. Let’s be for real,

skin care products can be pricey. Skin care doesn’t have to be overwhelming. It should be simple and quick.

It should consist of a good cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen .

I’m also debating on getting an LED face mask. Let me know if there’s any recommendations or if it worth the price.
