Throughout the month, I will be sharing resources including statistics and links to various support groups on platforms like Facebook, aimed at providing a community for those affected by these losses. Engaging with support groups can be particularly helpful for grieving families, offering a safe space to share experiences and find comfort amongst others who can relate. Additionally, participating in the #lemon8diarychallenge is a great way to engage with others, share stories, and build awareness.
