Whole Body Workout | Staying Consistent

Thursday Whole body workout ✨Starting January with 3x a week at the gym and once that feels normal, I’ll slowly work my way up to 5x a week in the next months.

So far I’ve been keeping it up, and when I miss my Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday workout, I make it up on another day. No quitting, just adjusting and moving forward 🤍

Along with that, I’m focusing on a healthy lifestyle, eating more whole foods and organic options, being mindful of a calorie deficit, and choosing what feels sustainable for my body. 🙏🥹

A simple pre-workout meal I often prepare includes organic probiotics, cream cheese and strawberry jelly, organic blueberries, scrambled pasteurized eggs, and organic cottage cheese. This combination provides a good balance of protein, healthy fats, and antioxidants, fueling my workouts effectively. Another tip is to track your progress using tools like calorie trackers or speed and movement monitors, which can offer insights into your performance and help you adjust accordingly.
