Today was my first day at Crunch 🫶

I’ve been with Planet Fitness since 2018 so switching gyms honestly felt weird at first lol, but my friend recommended Crunch and now we both go together. We signed up for the Peak Plus membership and it’s actually such a good deal. Our home location won’t open until around June/July, but because of the membership we can already use other Crunch locations meanwhile.

What got me interested was all the perks honestly. Pilates, yoga, boxing classes, recovery area, hydro massage, tanning, sauna, group fitness classes, daycare, bringing a guest anytime, and being able to go to different Crunch branches. It feels more motivating when there’s actually a lot to do besides just regular gym machines lol 😊✨

I totally get that feeling, as trying something new can be both exciting and nerve-wracking. But having a friend join you really makes that transition smoother and more enjoyable. One of my favorite things about joining Crunch with the Peak Plus membership has been the ability to explore different locations before my local branch even opens. This flexibility is such a bonus when trying to fit workouts into a busy schedule or just exploring what each gym offers. What truly sets Crunch apart for me are all the additional perks. From Pilates and yoga classes that help with flexibility and mindfulness, to boxing which is a fantastic way to build strength and relieve stress, there’s literally something for everyone. The recovery area with hydro massage and sauna provides a perfect way to relax after intense workouts, which I’ve found essential for maintaining motivation. I also appreciate the option to bring a guest anytime – it instantly makes workouts more fun and accountability easier. Plus, the daycare service is a huge relief for parents who want to squeeze in fitness time without worrying about childcare. The vibe at Crunch is different, too. It's more energetic and community-driven, and I feel genuinely motivated knowing I can attend varied group classes or just enjoy the spa-like amenities rather than sticking to the usual treadmill and weights routine. All these features make the investment in Peak Plus membership worthwhile and keep me excited for my fitness journey ahead.
