... Read moreOkay, you guys, I absolutely HAVE to share my latest Dollar Tree find! I was just browsing the aisles, not really looking for anything specific, when BAM – I spotted them! Bubble tea, right there at Dollar Tree! I honestly couldn't believe my eyes. For just a dollar (or a dollar and a quarter these days!), you can grab these refreshing drinks. I know some of you are probably thinking, 'Dollar Tree bubble tea? Really?' But trust me, I was just as curious, and I had to try them out. I managed to snag three different types, and I'm so excited to tell you all about them. First up, I found a Taro canned bubble tea and a Brown Sugar canned bubble tea. These are usually my go-to flavors at a regular bubble tea shop, so I was super intrigued to see how the Dollar Tree versions would hold up. The cans are pretty convenient for on-the-go sipping. The Taro one was surprisingly decent! It had that distinct, slightly nutty, sweet potato-like flavor that I love. It wasn't as creamy or rich as a fresh boba shop Taro milk tea, but for the price, it was definitely a pleasant surprise. It’s sweet, but not overly so, and really hit the spot when I was craving something refreshing. Next, the Brown Sugar flavor. This one is incredibly popular right now, and I was eager to see if Dollar Tree could deliver. It had a nice caramel-y sweetness, reminiscent of actual brown sugar syrup. Again, it's not the complex, deep flavor you'd get from a premium boba place, but it’s a solid, sweet, and satisfying drink. If you're looking for a quick and cheap brown sugar fix, this could be your new go-to. But the real showstopper for me was the bottled Passion Fruit Lychee bubble tea with popping boba! I mean, popping boba at Dollar Tree? That’s wild! This one came in a clear bottle, so you could actually see the little popping pearls at the bottom. The Passion Fruit Lychee flavor itself was super fruity and tangy, a perfect balance of sweet and tart. And those popping bobas? They burst with fruity juice in your mouth, adding such a fun texture and extra burst of flavor. This one felt the most like a 'real' bubble tea experience, especially with the boba element. It was incredibly refreshing, especially chilled. So, are these Dollar Tree bubble teas worth it? Absolutely, if you ask me! They're a fantastic budget-friendly option for satisfying that bubble tea craving without breaking the bank. They're perfect for a quick treat, a picnic, or just to have on hand for a refreshing pick-me-up. While they might not replace your favorite high-end boba shop, they definitely hold their own in the affordable drink category. A little tip for finding them: stock can vary a lot between Dollar Tree stores, so if you don't see them at one, try another! I’ve noticed these types of specialty drinks tend to be near the regular bottled drinks or sometimes even in a seasonal or new arrivals section. I saw some queries about 'does dollar tree sell tea' in general, and yes, they often have a variety of teas, but these specific bubble tea drinks are a newer, exciting addition. I didn't see any 'Madam Hong bubble tea' specifically, but these brands were all new to me. For an even better experience, I recommend chilling them thoroughly and maybe adding some extra ice to your cup. You could even pour them over some fresh fruit for a little DIY boba concoction. If you’re a fan of 'boba babe' drinks or just love trying new things, definitely keep an eye out for these. They’re a 'funfetti' of flavors and a delightful surprise. Let me know if you find them at your local Dollar Tree and what you think!
