Biggest lesson I learned?

3/26 Edited to

... Read moreOne of the most eye-opening lessons I've learned is that when you possess a kind heart, it can sometimes attract challenges or even people who might try to diminish your goodness. This idea that "when God gives you a kind heart, the devil puts people in your path to destroy it" really resonates with my experiences. I've found that kindness is a powerful trait, but it also makes you vulnerable. Some individuals might misunderstand or even take advantage of your empathy and warmth. However, rather than letting these encounters harden you or make you cynical, it's essential to recognize them as tests of your strength and character. Maintaining a kind heart requires setting healthy boundaries. It's okay to say no or distance yourself from negativity. This doesn't make you less kind; it makes you wise and protective of your inner peace. In my personal journey, embracing this lesson helped me become more discerning about the energy I allow around me. It encouraged me to cultivate relationships that nurture my kindness and to grow from every challenging situation. Ultimately, this lesson is about resilience and intentionality—choosing to stay kind despite the opposition and recognizing that kindness is a gift worth preserving even when tested.

Biggest Lesson I Have Learned So Far (I think)
I would say this far in life the biggest lesson I have learned is that it is okay to be alone or by yourself. When I was 16 I always wanted to be with my friends or out doing something. I hardly did anything alone. And while that isn’t a bad thing, being my yourself has taught me so much. Things su

Today i’ll tell you about something that’s often neglected (and that i didn’t learn personally until very late in my undergraduate education). Many people will also resist this idea, but personally i found it to be the biggest gamechanger: creating a sustainable sleep routine! Here are my tips: 1)
