soft-nursing remote LPN positions 🩺
This post is for my nursing community, the ones about to finish school or maybe those who are already out here working as an LPN/LVN. Se there are so many positions out there for us, that we probably never knew existed. If you're looking for a soft nursing role, remote jobs allow such a nice work-life balance. This is great for those who are burnt out from bedside nursing or those who plan on going back to school & are looking for laid back job so that they can focus on their studies.
(MY NURSING JOURNEY) On here I'm
continuing to share my nursing journey. I am doing wonderful in my LPN program and now I'm at the point where I'm starting to plan my next step after this. I'll be turning 29 this May, I really would like to meet my career goals in my mid 30's. I've always wanted to be a nurse practitioner, & every nurse practitioner I talk to, tells me not to give up no matter how old I get. Some people go back to school in their 30's or 40's. So I told myself that I'm going to get there one day! Everything is a mentality thing, if you believe something in your ❤️ & soul you will push through! So l'm going after my dream. Anyways, my goal is to find a remote job eventually so that I can continue a LPN to BSN bridge program and focus on my studies. Then I can go into a BSN to DNP program. I'm a girly who loves plans so l'm in the process of planning my next steps after I graduate this LPN program.
My next research will be on nursing schools that offer a bridge LPN to BSN program. If anyone has any insight on good online or colleges around the Philly/Chester County area, l'd love to hear feedback on good nursing schools you may know of! #nursingstudent #nursingjourney #pntornjourney #lpnlife #softnurse
For LPNs or LVNs considering a shift to remote nursing roles, there are multiple options available that promote a better work-life balance. Roles such as Clinical Auditor Nurse, Care Coordinator, and Clinical Data Abstraction involve responsibilities suited for a softer approach to nursing. In these positions, you may find yourself verifying insurance details, managing patient accounts, and collaborating with healthcare teams to enhance patient-centered care. Transitioning to these remote roles allows LPNs to reduce burnout from bedside nursing, making it an ideal choice for those planning to go back to school. It's essential for LPNs to research nursing schools with LPN to BSN bridge programs, especially around areas like Philadelphia or Chester County. Gathering recommendations can help identify the right programs to support ongoing education. This balance of work and study can lead nursing professionals towards becoming a Nurse Practitioner or advancing into DNP programs in the future. Whether you're looking for advice on remote job flexibility or educational paths, this community is here to share insights and encourage each other on our nursing journeys.
