The Armor of God isn’t religion It’s identity

When I reflect on the concept of the Armor of God, I realize it's not just a set of religious practices or rituals but a profound identity that shapes how we live every day. The phrase "We don't relive trauma. We teach truth" deeply resonates with me, emphasizing the power of focusing on healing and growth through scripture rather than being stuck in past pain. Starting over can often feel like failure, but viewing it as alignment—a chance to reset and live authentically—transformed my perspective. This Easter season, choosing to live differently meant stepping away from fear and survival mode and embracing truth as my guiding principle. The Bible became no longer a book to merely read but a companion to live by, offering strength and clarity through life’s challenges. Living with the Armor of God as identity encourages daily reinforcement of our spiritual defenses: truth, righteousness, faith, peace, salvation, and the word of God. These principles don’t just protect us from external struggles but also nurture inner healing. Integrating this into my life, I’ve found resilience in adversity and joy in purpose.
