Right now I feel:

Midway through any self-care journey, it's essential to pause and genuinely check in with yourself—asking questions like 'Right now I feel,' 'Right now I need,' and 'Right now I’m grateful for' invites deeper reflection and emotional clarity. I’ve found that focusing my attention deliberately on positive emotions or aspects of my life has a significant impact on my mental state. As the insight from Deepak Chopra reminds us, "What you pay attention to grows." This awareness has helped me shift my focus away from negative distractions and towards gratitude and personal growth. Slowing down enough to notice internal cues allows for meaningful mental and emotional shifts. On days when stress feels overwhelming, setting aside a few minutes to acknowledge feelings and needs helps ground me and fosters resilience. Inviting others to share their check-ins creates a supportive space and keeps us accountable to our own mental health practices. Continuing this habit throughout the month can unlock greater peace and mindfulness, empowering you to navigate life’s ups and downs with greater ease. If you’re still showing up for yourself this month, don’t hesitate to affirm your commitment and celebrate each step forward.
