จากที่เคยลองทำคลิปขายของเอง พบว่าสิ่งสำคัญไม่ใช่แค่ให้คลิปแต่ละคลิปออกมาดูดีหรือมีคุณภาพสูงเท่านั้น แต่ต้องวางแผนให้คลิปแต่ละชิ้นนั้นทำงานร่วมกันเหมือนเป็นขั้นตอนหนึ่งในกระบวนการตัดสินใจของผู้ชม ผมเห็นว่าหลายคนทำคลิปที่แต่ละคลิปเน้นจุดเด่นที่ต่างกัน เช่น คลิปทำให้คนสนใจ คลิปรีวิวสินค้า แต่มักลืมสร้างเส้นทางให้ผู้ชมรู้สึกอยากดูคลิปต่อไป เป็นเหมือนการต่อยอดที่ทำให้เกิดความเชื่อและความมั่นใจมากขึ้นเรื่อยๆ จนถึงขั้นพร้อมซื้อ ใน OCR ที่เห็น มีข้อความบอกชัดเจนว่า "ช่องที่มีคำตอบครบจะปิดการตัดสินใจได้ในช่องเดียว" นั่นหมายความว่า คุณควรสร้างคลิปที่ตอบคำถามและแก้ไขข้อสงสัยทั้งหมดของลูกค้าเป้าหมายภายในช่อง เพื่อไม่ให้ผู้ชมต้องไปหาคำตอบจากที่อื่นและอาจเสียลูกค้าไป ในฐานะคนเคยวางกลยุทธ์คอนเทนต์เพื่อขายของบนแพลตฟอร์ม TikTok หรือคล้ายๆ กัน ผมแนะนำให้แบ่งคลิปเป็น 3 สเต็ปหลักคือ คลิปแรกดึงดูดความสนใจ คลิปต่อไปอธิบายและสร้างความเข้าใจที่ลึกซึ้งเกี่ยวกับสินค้า และคลิปสุดท้ายทำหน้าที่ปิดการขาย โดยแต่ละคลิปควรพาไปสู่คลิปถัดไปได้อย่างลื่นไหล ประสบการณ์ตรงคือ ถ้าแต่ละคลิปยืนอยู่คนเดียวไม่ได้ ไม่มีการเรียงลำดับตามความต้องการลูกค้าในแต่ละช่วงเวลาที่แตกต่างกัน โอกาสขายก็จะน้อยลง ทั้งนี้เพราะระบบอย่าง TikTok จะดูว่าผู้ชมอยู่ในช่องเราได้นานแค่ไหน และมีการดูต่อหรือไม่ ซึ่งยิ่งคนอยู่ดูต่อมากเท่าไร ก็ยิ่งเพิ่มโอกาสที่คลิปและช่องของเราจะถูกแนะนำมากขึ้นเท่านั้น ดังนั้นถ้าคุณทำคลิปขึ้นมาหลายชิ้นแต่ละคลิปตอบโจทย์แค่ช่วงเวลาหนึ่งหรือมีจุดประสงค์ที่ไม่ชัดเจน อาจจะทำให้ผู้ชมไม่มีเหตุผลใดที่จะติดตามต่อ จบคลิปแรกก็กดออกไป ดังนั้นเป็นการเสียโอกาสปิดการขายอย่างมาก สรุปคือ อย่าโฟกัสแค่ทำคลิปให้ดีเพียงอย่างเดียว ต้องวางแผนโครงสร้างช่องให้ครอบคลุมตั้งแต่การสร้างความสนใจ ความเข้าใจและความเชื่อ เพื่อให้ผู้ชมกลายเป็นลูกค้าอย่างมั่นใจ และคลิปของคุณจะไม่ถูกมองว่าแค่โบรชัวร์ทั่วไป ที่ "อยากได้" แต่ยัง "ไม่พร้อมซื้อ" นั่นเอง
