Not true for me. My mortgage was less than my rent and it included insurance and property taxes and my utilities more than doubled in my rental.

This is far from the truth!!! A home is an investment in your future. Rentals are an investment in your landlords future!!! That is why you get lied to and taken advantage of!!!! Buy.
