My grocery shopping choices are all about convenience. Snacks are often my meals, and low effort prep foods are my go-to when I'm not snacking. And I also know that so many people eat just like this (for a multitude of reasons), but often refuse to say it out loud out of fear of embarrassment / shame from others (rightfully so! People are so mean!).
