I agree with most of your list. Especially Jersey Cow. Not really a fan if lascallas tho. Ive visited 3 of their locations over the years. The service is always lacking, the food consistency is never there. If im eating in Brig, I always choose Andres over this. Food is much more consistent. And service is always great
