Afternoons can vary widely; sometimes it's a series of back-to-back 'meeting's, strategizing for marketing campaigns, or reviewing artist assets. And yes, sometimes it includes a 'therapy' session – maintaining mental well-being is crucial in such a demanding environment! As the day progresses, it often blurs into evening. There’s always 'more work before tour' announcements, and late nights are pretty common. You might find yourself leaving the 'office > home' late, only to jump into a 'friends going away party' or even a 'party #2' because networking and social events are also a big part of the industry's fabric. Sometimes I don't get to bed until '1:30 AM' or even '2:40 AM'! It’s a demanding schedule, but incredibly rewarding when you see the results of your hard work.
