2) I have Microsoft for school and I love #copilot it’s like chatGPT I will take the job description, my resume and things I’m looking for in my tone and authenticity and copilot will tailor at least 5 questions for me!
3 I will create a folder of the job description, my resume and anything I could utilize for the employer. Questions I want to ask them and any interview details or notes.

1. **Research the Company**: Before heading into an interview, gain insights not just about the position but the company's values, culture, and history. This knowledge can tailor your questions and demonstrate your genuine interest—attributes that employers appreciate.
2. **Utilize Technology**: Leverage tools like Microsoft Copilot or chatGPT to assist in generating relevant questions for your interviewers. Input the job description, your resume, and your unique perspective to help formulate questions that feel authentic and engaging.
3. **Organize Your Materials**: Assemble a comprehensive folder with the job description, your resume, and supplemental materials like notes on the company. Having a structured approach can alleviate anxiety, allowing for a more relaxed interview experience.
4. **Ask Follow-up Questions**: Feeling uncertain about the next steps can increase anxiety. Don’t hesitate to ask your interviewers about the follow-up process or the timeline for hiring decisions. This not only shows your engagement but also helps ease concerns about waiting.
With these strategies, ADHD does not have to hinder your success in interviews. Embrace your unique strengths and prepare well, and you'll walk into that interview room ready to shine.
