What am I currently reading ?

i’m just confused as to how we’re glossing over the fact that these two girls have no idea what’s going on in the fae world they were thrust into ? they didn’t ask for any of this , and why are we ignoring the fact that orion , the literal person who kidnapped them from EARTH , is teaming up with one of the heirs , darius , to try to kill them ?? im gonna push through this book 🤣 , hopefully it gets better . idk . also , no one is asking the girls what THEY want , everyone is acting like they came to this world to take it over . THEY DIDNT KNOW THEIR HERITAGE !!! birthright , the throne is theirs anyway . BUT WHY ACT LIKE THEY CHOSE THIS , WHEN IF IT WASNT FOR ORION THEY WOULDNT BE THERE 😭😭 !!??

If you haven’t entered the Shadowhunter Universe and read the mortal instruments series, and like fantasy storylines, I highly recommend you do. I’m not reading the last book in the branch off series the dark artifices. I’m obsessed with anything by Cassandra Clare. She is a phenomenal writer!
