What’s calling to you right now?
As we approach the end of this year, what’s calling to you? What’s emerging in these darker days of the year? Often times I find that this is the time of year when things I’ve pushed aside start emerging for me to sit with.
What is asking to be recognized for you? 🌱
As we transition into the winter season, many of us experience a natural inclination to reflect on the past year. This period, often viewed as a time for introspection, allows us to confront what has been suppressed throughout the year. It's crucial to acknowledge these feelings and thoughts that surface now, as they can guide us into the next chapter. Connection to nature during this time is especially beneficial, as it not only provides an escape but also fosters clarity and understanding. Taking a walk in a nearby park or even planning a small nature retreat can help one reconnect with their core feelings. Consider journaling your thoughts or engaging in practices such as shadow work, which involves exploring parts of yourself that you may have overlooked. By delving into these experiences, you can better understand your desires and motivations, fostering personal growth and evolution. Embrace this time as an opportunity for renewal and transformation.
