Give yourself time to heal, Be kinder to yourself✨

Grief, hurt, and pain have been so prominent in my lifetime of only 24 years .Now as a newly 24 year old I am starting to slowly heal what I never let myself heal from. To be kinder to myself and realize it was never my fault. I am worthy, I am lovable, I am strong. Healing is linear. But there will always be a brighter day ahead.
