Foods that are actually unhealthy! Part 1
Juices made out of squeezable fruits
(like oranges and grapes)
are actually bad for you!
Since these fruits have sugar in them, when you turn them into juice,
the sugar rushes in instantly
and your body consumes
sugar way faster than
when you eat them.
This can cause bloating and if you drink fruit juices like This everyday, it can be harmful to your health.
However, it is okay to occasionally drink it, like once a month😊
While fruit juices are often considered healthy, it is important to understand how juicing alters the natural sugar content and impacts your body. Fruits like oranges and grapes contain naturally occurring sugars locked within their fiber-rich flesh. When you consume whole fruits, fiber slows down sugar absorption, preventing drastic blood sugar spikes. However, juicing removes much of the fiber and concentrates the sugars, which can lead to a sudden sugar rush in your bloodstream. This rapid increase forces your body to process sugar quickly, potentially causing bloating, increased insulin production, and blood sugar imbalances. Over time, regular high intake of sugary juices may contribute to weight gain, insulin resistance, and increased risk of metabolic diseases. To minimize health risks, limit consumption of fruit juices to occasional servings, ideally once a month or less. Choosing whole fruits over juices is preferable due to their fiber and nutrient content. Additionally, pairing fruit juices with protein or healthy fats can help slow sugar absorption if you decide to drink them. Awareness of these hidden risks helps individuals make informed dietary choices. Moderation and balance are key to enjoying fruit juices safely without compromising health.

I swear I've seen this exact post so many times on so many different accounts, natural sugars *are healthy* and *will not* make you fat in any way as long as you're consuming them in moderation (you can have more than one freaking smoothie a month), just like any other natural thing. please educate yourself before posting scientifically disproven "facts" 🫩
