Is it easy for you to have alone time? Do you really enjoy it?
You know, it’s always been hard for me to have time alone. I grew up with my parents, and they were always around, so I got used to having constant company. For a long time I felt like I needed to be surrounded by people or someone and it was hard for me to be by myself. But little by little, I started working on it and realizing how important it is to enjoy my own company
Now even though it’s not always easy I give myself those moments and slowly I’ve learned to enjoy my alone time. It’s amazing how everything changes when you start to value those moments just for you
