Paid $50 for braids and had to take them down 30 minutes later… stylist refused a partial refund.
I asked for a specific look, and it came out completely different — tacky, uneven, and not what I expected. I calmly told her right after I left that it wasn’t right and offered a fair $25 partial refund. She initially agreed, then backtracked and sent a whole paragraph blaming me. 😩 I literally had to take the braids down the same day. How is that not a waste??

to be honest, sadly, you got what you paid for. becuz that style cost more than $50. but she should have told you that it won't look like the picture.
