What I eat in a day! 01/15/2024

What I ate in a day on January 15, 2024! I’ve been meaning to make this post for awhile now :/

For breakfast I had

- over night blueberries and cream overnight oats

-dalgona coffee

For “lunch” I made my boyfriend and I

-white rice

-veggie omelette with red onion, celery, mushroom, and with barbecue tofu on the side

As my dinner, this was during my break at work but I had brought some leftover breakfast and I added

-homemade yogurt tzatziki sauce with cucumbers to dip

-Greek yogurt with blueberries & chia seeds!

I try to make all of my meals with all of the food groups! I want to cook more and I think I’ve been doing pretty good with that so far this year :)
