According to CHADD, ADDitude Magazine, and ADDA (Attention Deficit Disorder Association), ppl with ADHD struggle with insomnia due to hyperactive thoughts. They also struggle with depression due to struggles with getting along in school or work. Doing the tabletop circular motion can help reduce insomnia and depression.
