Mental health ideas 💡
If you know me then it’s no secret that I have struggled forever with getting my headspace right, so recently I’ve taking the time out to take control of how I feel about myself and here’s what I’ve been doing in the last two months that have truly helped me stay positive in my day to day life🎃
•Reading a book to go to sleep
(Harry Potter series is what we r on now)
•Working out
(I started this 10-15-24 if it keeps going well I’ll update pics!)
•Doing extra self care
(Rosemary scalp oil, a weekly face mask, exfoliating weekly, really taking time to do the extra stuff to help my confidence)
•Taking supplements
(took time to find the best supplements for my body and mind)
•Putting more faith in gods plan and trusting in him
(This one speaks for itself)
•Doing more space cleaning
(I’m a strong believer in a clean space helps keep a clean mind and organizing my home more maybe it will help organize my life more)
•Prioritizing my counseling
(Making sure I don’t skip my sessions and really trying to dive deeper into unresolved problems)
Will all this fix me? No it won’t be will it help my mind? I don’t know that either.. what I do know is it has helped keep me in a more positive mindset and helped me gain some confidence back after having my baby 5 months ago. Praying I stay on this journey to grow in a way I need to grow

I can relate. 🥺Yet you are quite young still. Keep your head up when you walk around. So it all the time and trust me, it helps your self esteem 🤷🏻♀️
