เผื่อใครกำลังแพลนมาเที่ยวเชียงรายแล้วคิดไม่ออกว่า “กินอะไรดี” เรารวมทริคเลือกเมนู/จัดมื้อให้คุ้ม ๆ จากร้านที่ไปบ่อยไว้ให้ค่ะ (โดยเฉพาะสายกินแถวม.แม่ฟ้าหลวง) 1) อยากลอง “อาหารภาคเหนือ” แบบเริ่มต้นไม่ยาก ถ้าตั้งใจจะชิมอาหารเหนือหลายอย่างในทริปเดียว แนะนำให้เริ่มจากเมนูที่รสชาติคุ้นเคยก่อน เช่น “ข้าวซอยน่องไก่” ร้านกะทิ ข้าวซอย เส้นสด สไตล์ญี่ปุ่น รสจะกลมกล่อม กินง่าย แล้วค่อยต่อด้วยเมนูเหนืออื่น ๆ ที่เจอตามร้าน/ตลาด เช่น น้ำพริกหนุ่ม แคบหมู ไส้อั่ว แกงฮังเล น้ำเงี้ยว (บางที่มีเป็นชุด/จานเล็กให้ลองหลายอย่างในมื้อเดียว) 2) โหมด “อาหารชุดเซ็ท” เวลาไปกันหลายคน เวลาไปกัน 3-5 คน เราชอบสั่งแบบแชร์เป็นชุด จะได้ชิมหลายอย่างและคุมงบง่าย ร้านอาหารจีนอย่าง Zhonghua เหมาะมาก เพราะเมนูออกไว แนะนำให้จัดเป็นเซ็ตง่าย ๆ เช่น เมนูโปรตีน 1-2 อย่าง + ผัดผัก/เมนูเส้น + ของทอดแชร์กัน (เมนูสามชั้นทอดรสแซ่บคือไฮไลต์) จะรู้สึกคุ้มกว่าสั่งคนละจาน 3) “ติดดอยติดดิน” ควรไปช่วงไหน และสั่งอะไรให้ไม่พลาด ร้านนี้เหมาะทั้งมื้อเที่ยงและมื้อเย็น เพราะที่จอดรถเยอะ เมนูหลากหลาย ถ้าไปหลายคนให้สั่ง “กุ้งแม่น้ำ” เป็นเมนูหลักแล้วเพิ่ม “มันโตเต/มันทอด” เป็นของกินเล่นรออาหาร จบมื้อแบบฟีลร้านอาหารนานาชาติแต่ยังอิ่มจริง 4) สายหม่าล่า: เลือกวัตถุดิบยังไงให้คุ้ม (คิดตามน้ำหนัก) ร้านแนวสุกี้หม่าล่าที่หยิบวัตถุดิบได้เอง เช่น จินหลง หรือ มานา หม่าล่า เราจะเลือกแบบนี้: เลือกผัก 2-3 อย่าง (เช่น รากบัว เห็ด ผักใบ) + โปรตีน 1-2 อย่าง + เส้น 1 อย่าง พอ ไม่หยิบเยอะจนเกินจำเป็น แล้วค่อยเพิ่มถ้ายังไม่อิ่ม เพราะน้ำหนักขึ้นไวมาก ส่วนตัวเราชอบซุปหม่าล่าเข้มข้นของมานา หม่าล่า กินแล้วสะใจสุด 5) เซ็ตของหวานปิดท้ายที่ไร่ชาฉุยฟง ถ้าไปไร่ชาฉุยฟง เราจะทำเป็น “ชาเขียวทริป” เลย คือสั่งบิงซูชาเขียว + เค้กชาเขียว (หรือซอฟต์เสิร์ฟชาเขียว) แชร์กันหลายคนจะกำลังดี แล้วค่อยเดินถ่ายรูปต่อ บรรยากาศดีมาก 6) เมนูจานเดียวอิ่มคุ้ม: บะหมี่กะเพราเป็ดย่าง ใครอยากได้มื้อเร็ว ๆ แต่อิ่มจริง แนะนำ Xanas Roasted Duck Rice and Noodle เมนูบะหมี่กะเพราเป็ดย่างคืออร่อยแบบเผ็ดหอมกะเพรา เนื้อเป็ดนุ่ม ฉ่ำ กินจบในชามเดียว หวังว่าลิสต์เสริมนี้จะช่วยให้จัดทริปกินในเชียงรายได้ง่ายขึ้นค่ะ ถ้าใครมีร้านอาหารไทยในห้าง/โซนเซ็นทรัลเชียงรายที่เด็ด ๆ ก็มาแลกกันได้เลย เราชอบตามไปลองมาก ๆ
