While the original recipe is always a classic, playing with different flavor combinations is where the real fun begins. Let's talk about the Strawberry flavor, which many of you seem curious about! My basic strawberry cheesecake cup is always a hit, but if you're looking to elevate it even further, consider adding a 'crunch' element. I've found that crushing up freeze-dried strawberries with a few vanilla wafers or graham crackers, mixed with a little melted butter, creates an incredible 'strawberry crunch' topping. You can sprinkle this over your strawberry cheesecake cups before chilling, or even layer it in for an extra textural surprise. It really takes that sweet strawberry goodness to the next level, making each bite an exciting experience. The vibrant red of the strawberry topping also looks absolutely gorgeous, adding a pop of color that's perfect for any occasion. The Biscoff Cookie Butter flavor is another personal favorite, and it’s surprisingly easy to achieve that signature taste. For these, I love using crushed Biscoff cookies for the crust – it adds such an incredible depth of flavor. Then, I swirl a dollop of melted Biscoff cookie butter into the cheesecake batter itself, and sometimes even drizzle a little extra on top after they're baked and cooled.
