the best apps for pregnancy 🫶

hello ◡̈

I loved used pregnancy trackers when I was pregnant. I used 3 different ones because they each had different things that I love about them.

🫶🏼Pregnancy +

This was my favorite pregnancy tracker — it had a realistic look for the baby that showed you a realistic size of your baby in comparison to your phone. You can change the skin color of the baby. One of my favorite parts of this app was the heartbeat simulator, while I wasn’t hearing my baby’s heartbeat it was still super special to hear what his heartbeat and heart rate would sound like at each stage throughout my pregnancy.

🫶🏼Baby Center

This app has so many features to it. My favorite being the hundreds of educational articles on the platform. You can constantly read about pregnancy and things you’re going through week by week. This app also has options for you to track your weight gain, belly size and has real ultrasounds you can look at week by week.

🫶🏼Ovia

This app is super cute — you can choose between different items (baby animals, fruits, pastries) that will update weekly comparing to the size of your baby. This app will also show you your a size estimate of your baby’s hands and feet as they grow.

Other apps that helped throughout my pregnancy are;

🫶🏼Countdown

I used this as a countdown to special days like my baby shower & babys due date. I also used this for my next ultrasounds because I loved seeing my baby. 💙

🫶🏼Balance

Relaxing during pregnancy gets harder and harder so I would use this app to wind down and meditate. It especially helped with winding me down so I could actually get some sleep. Highly recommend.

🫶🏼Target

I used the target app to create a registry. There were certain things I wanted from target that weren’t sold anywhere else, like my diaper bag and crib.

🫶🏼Amazon

Amazon registry’s are so user friendly. It was where most of my guests purchased gifts for my baby shower. Plus after your baby shower, everything on your registry is 15% off so you can buy the things you wanted but didn’t get, at a discount.

If you’re pregnant definitely look into using these apps! I would highly recommend all of them!
