I simply love how refreshing they are. Plus they really help curve my sweet tooth which is a better alternative to ice cream — which has been a HUGE craving of mine this pregnancy.

The star ingredient, yogurt (especially Greek yogurt), is a fantastic source of calcium for baby's bone development and your own bone health. Plus, it's loaded with protein, which helps keep you feeling full and supports tissue growth. And let's not forget the probiotics – vital for a healthy gut, which can be a huge bonus when dealing with pregnancy-related digestive changes. My personal favorite way to build a healthy pregnancy yogurt bowl is to start with plain Greek yogurt and then load it up! Fresh fruits like strawberries and mango add natural sweetness and a boost of vitamins. A sprinkle of granola provides a lovely crunch and some complex carbs for sustained energy.
