「ヘアライン加工 diy」で検索している方が多いみたいなので、私が金属小物（ペンダント等）で“ヘアラインっぽい表情”を作るときの手順を、できるだけ分かりやすく書きます。※本格的な加工は工具・素材・安全管理が必要なので、無理せず小さな端材で練習するのが前提です。 ■ヘアライン加工DIYの基本（筋目を“揃える”のが命） ヘアラインは「細い傷を同じ方向に均一に入れる」仕上げ。ランダムに擦るとただの擦り傷に見えるので、方向を固定するだけで一気にそれっぽくなります。スクエアペンダントみたいな平面は特に、光が流れる感じが出てきれいです。 ■用意すると楽なもの ・耐水ペーパー（#400→#800→#1000 くらい） ・研磨用の当て木（平面を保つため） ・マスキングテープ（方向ガイド＆角の保護） ・クリーナー/脱脂剤（指紋や油分はムラの原因） ■手順（私がよくやる流れ） 1) 脱脂して、表面の汚れをリセット 2) #400〜#600で下地を整える（深い傷があるならここで消す） 3) 当て木＋耐水ペーパーで“一方向だけ”に研磨 4) #800→#1000へ番手を上げ、筋を細く揃える コツは「往復でガシガシ」より「同じストロークで一定圧」。途中で方向がブレると光の筋が途切れて見えます。 ■槌目（ハンマー）と重ねるときの順番 私の感覚だと、槌目→ヘアラインの順が失敗しにくいです。槌目を先に入れてから、軽くヘアラインを重ねると“時間の痕跡”っぽい表情になります。逆に先にヘアラインを作ると、槌目で筋が潰れてムラに見えやすい印象でした。 ■よくある失敗と対策 ・ムラ：脱脂不足、圧が不均一、当て木なしで面が波打つ ・筋が太い：番手が粗すぎる／最後の仕上げが#800止まり ・角が丸くなる：角をテープで保護、当て木の角を立てて当てすぎない ■仕上げ後のお手入れ ヘアラインは細かな筋がある分、皮脂が乗ると光り方が変わります。着用後に柔らかい布でさっと拭くだけでも、雰囲気が長持ちします。 ちなみに制作の刻印やブランド表記（画像の「ARTTOO」「ART TO OUTSTANDING」など）は、仕上げ前後で擦れやすいので、文字周りだけ圧を弱めたり、最後に軽く整える程度にすると輪郭が残りやすいです。
