who else buys things with good intentions?

#letschat

cuz I have taken inventory on what I have on my truck for this year, I'm realizing just how many books I bought last year after I joined the Barnes & Noble annual membership. don't get me wrong, I'm pretty sure I've saved a lot of money to make it worthwhile, but I haven't all of the books that I bought.

part of my #nobuy2025 will be to start using what I already have bought rather than buying new things. I definitely need to do that in the area of books because I have a lot of them on my truck. I swear I bought them with the best of intentions, but I let other things take up my time instead. not only will read what I already have save me money by not buying new books before I'm ready for more but as I fill up my time with other things like reading, I'll be less likely to be online shopping when I'm bored.

these are only a few books on my list that I want to read simply because I already have them. I have a couple of other posts with books I have and want to read this year, if you're curious to see what else I've got and I might even have more to share later too.

what books are in your list to read this year? and what is one thing you're planning on doing to support a no buy year? or to at least start out this year with a no buy month?

Moreover, interacting with community initiatives like #nobuy2025 can provide support and accountability. Sharing your journey fosters engagement and might inspire others to rethink their shopping habits and align with the growing movement for sustainable living. As you embark on this journey, consider setting specific goals for your reading list and personal growth.
