RARE BEAUTY REVIEW 💗💋
first time trying rare beauty products & let me tell youuu! Ms Selena is in her bag as she should 👛💋
besides it being my first time using rare beauty products, it was also my first time trying a liquid blush. I’m still indecisive on whether i like it or love it… but overall such a great blush! (i may also need a different shade as i am a bit pale and this looks like a very bright pink on me) 💗
on the other hand, the lip oil stain.. definitely a must!! go grab you one just in time for the upcoming holidays 🎃🦃🎄

Okay, so I've been seeing Rare Beauty *everywhere*, and I finally caved and tried some products! If you're like me and wondering where to start, or maybe you're searching for your own 'Rare Beauty counter' experience, let me share some extra thoughts. First off, finding the right Rare Beauty products can feel a little overwhelming with all the hype, but it's totally worth it. You can usually find their collection at Sephora, both in-store and online. Walking up to a physical Rare Beauty counter or display is always fun because you get to swatch everything! That’s actually how I decided to try the Soft Pinch Liquid Blush. I grabbed the shade 'Happy,' and wow, it’s *very pigmented*! The OCR notes mentioned it, and it's true – a little goes a long way. For someone with pale skin like me, I've learned that a tiny dot, like a literal pinprick, is all you need. Then, you need to blend it out *quick*! The 'quick blending' tip from the OCR is spot on. I use a damp beauty sponge or my finger, tapping it gently to diffuse the color. Sometimes I even apply a small dot to the back of my hand first and then pick up the product with my brush to get an even softer application. This really helps prevent it from looking too bright and gives that natural, flushed look Selena Gomez is known for. Now, let's talk about the Rare Beauty Tinted Lip Oil. I got the shade 'Delight,' and seriously, it's a game-changer. The OCR mentioned its 'lasting power' and 'suitability for holidays,' and I completely agree! Unlike some lip oils that disappear in an hour, this one really stays put and leaves a lovely stain. It feels hydrating, not sticky, and the 'Delight' shade is this beautiful nude brown that's perfect for everyday wear or dressing up for a special occasion. I can totally see myself wearing this for Thanksgiving dinners and Christmas parties – it’s just so comfortable and chic. Plus, it layers beautifully over lip liner or under a gloss if you want extra shine. When you're at the Rare Beauty counter or browsing online, don't be afraid to experiment. For the Soft Pinch Liquid Blush, they have so many shades, both dewy and matte finishes. If 'Happy' is too bright for your liking, maybe try a more muted tone like 'Bliss' or 'Grace' for a softer look. And for the lip oils, 'Hope' is another popular pink shade if 'Delight' isn't your vibe. Overall, my first Rare Beauty experience has been a blast. It’s definitely a brand that lives up to its reputation for high-quality, user-friendly products. Whether you're a makeup newbie or a seasoned pro, there's something genuinely lovely about their collection. Happy shopping, and let me know what your Rare Beauty favorites are!
