Occasion & Servings: Fall Treats

Ingredients:

•milk🥛(1cup) • 2 1/4 tsp instant dry yeast •2 Eggs 🥚• 1/3 cup softened butter 🧈•1/2 cups sugar • 4cups flour

Cinnamon roll filling : 1/2 cup butter • 1 cup brown sugar • 2 tbsp cinnamon

Frosting: 2 tablespoons melted butter • 2 tablespoon heavy whipping cream •1 1.2 cup powdered sugar • 1 tsp vanilla

Detailed Steps: poor warm milk in bowl with yeast & eggs add butter and sugar mix until all is combined. Add in Flour mix until combined let sit for 7 minutes than proceed to knead dough , dough should be slightly sticky grease or butter your bowl and hands place dough in bowl cover with slightly damp cloth and let rise for 1-2 hours until dough has doubled or tripled in size . Once dough has risen roll out your dough, I personally like to sprinkle some flour down before doing so to make it easier , now prepare your filling . Once filling is prepared spread your filling all over your rolled out dough roll up your dough then proceed to cut in 1-2 inch slices than place in greased baking dish . Let rise for 20-30 minutes bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes frost while warm ! . ENJOY!
