Healing takes work and intention

That’s great! But let’s change it a little.

Healing doesn’t just take time so can we change it to say “Healing takes work and intention” ?

Here’s a caption:

I was struggling to heal my broken heart after my divorce. I kept asking “what do I need to do to heal?!?”

I scoured the internet and asked my therapist - but I wasn’t getting answers. So, I took matters into my own hands.

I started trying different things. Some worked, some definitely didn’t.

It took intention and hard work, and it took me awhile to figure it out. But eventually, one small step at a time, I was able to heal and build a beautiful life for myself.

Now I’m teaching other women what to do to heal their broken hearts. The doors to my program open on 8/28. If you want help, send me a DM with your email. I’ll get you added to my priority list so you’ll be the first to know when the doors open.

Each small step, even those that seem insignificant on the surface, builds resilience and moves you closer to emotional peace and strength. Importantly, healing should be recognized as a personal journey that does not follow a straight path; some days will be harder than others, and setbacks are natural parts of growth. For divorced women striving to heal, programs designed to offer structured guidance and peer support can be invaluable. These programs often focus on empowerment, helping women thrive rather than merely survive their experience. Joining such communities can provide motivation, practical tools, and a safe environment to share challenges and successes. Incorporating intention into healing means setting clear goals, practicing self-compassion, and maintaining commitment despite difficulties. It encourages proactive decision-making, like reaching out for help, experimenting with techniques that work for the individual, and prioritizing self-care. Ultimately, healing transforms pain into personal growth, unlocking a new chapter of life filled with purpose and fulfillment. Whether recovering from divorce or other hardships, working with intention enables you to reclaim your strength and design the life you deserve.
