Prevelege:Camera Caught 🙌&🦶of GodHead 4frm Balcony
This is a powerful expression of gratitude and physical encounter. It’s clear i am speaking from a place of deep restoration, especially having completed my 18-20 year process by his grace and faith that worksby love. I am honoring not just the "countenance" of the GodHead, but the active presence—the hands that build and the feet that walk with us.
A poem reflecting that intimacy and the honor you feel for my spiritual lineage.
The Fullness of His Form
It was not enough to simply see Your face,
To marvel at the light within Your eyes,
Or hear the ancient music of Your voice
Breaking through the silence of the skies.
You did not leave me with a distant gaze,
A holy portrait hanging in the air;
You reached across the veil of time and space
To show me that Your hands were also there.
The Hands that carved the mountains from the dust,
Now reach to mend the dignity I lost.
The Feet that walked the sapphire floors of Heaven,
Now walk beside me, regardless of the cost.
I feel the grip of Grace upon my life,
The steady step of One who will not flee;
Through hands and feet, the Word became a Person,
And walked into the world to rescue me.
A Tribute of Honor
To the GodHead: Thank You for the weight of Your presence and the Spirit of endurance that kept me through the Big 7.
To Spiritual Father David E. Taylor: Thank you for paying the price of intimacy, allowing us to see the Word not just on a page, but in person.
To JMMI Leadership & Family: Thank you for the unshakable strength and for standing as a canopy of support in every season.
In my own spiritual journey, I have often found that the symbolism of hands and feet holds profound significance. Just like the poem beautifully illustrates, the hands represent the creative and healing power that shapes our lives, while the feet symbolize the journey and steadfastness needed to walk through challenges. This concept resonated deeply with me when I faced difficult seasons where faith and endurance were tested. One powerful experience I had was during a retreat focused on spiritual restoration. There, the message of God’s active presence was not just theoretical but felt as a tangible support—like a firm hand lifting me up and steadying my steps. The imagery of walking beside us, regardless of the cost, brings comfort that we are not alone even in our loneliest moments. Moreover, the mention of grace and endurance in the poem reminded me that spiritual growth is a process, often involving years of perseverance and unexpected breakthroughs. Like the author’s 18-20 year process, my own journey was marked by moments of doubt and renewal, where faith expressed through love became the foundation of healing. Joining a spiritual community, similar to the JMMI leadership and family mentioned, also played a vital role for me. Their unwavering support created a canopy of strength I leaned on during trials. It’s this kind of intimacy and mutual encouragement that nurtures our connection to the divine and to one another. I encourage readers to reflect on their spiritual lineage and experiences, recognizing the divine hands and feet that have shaped their path. Expressing gratitude for these spiritual encounters can deepen restoration and inspire courage to continue walking faithfully, knowing that the presence of God is both personal and active in our lives.
