I also reflect on salvation and the incredible promise in John 10:28-29 about eternal security. I often write down what I'm learning from reading the Bible, how I can apply its teachings to my life, and specific ways I can practice obedience. These aren't just notes; they're conversations with my Creator. PRAY is another huge part of my journaling practice. My notebook becomes a prayer journal where I pour out my heart, fears, and gratitude. I've found so much comfort in writing down my prayers, especially when I feel overwhelmed. Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us not to be anxious but to present our requests to God, and writing them down helps me do just that. I also reflect on Matthew 6:6, about going into your room and praying to your Father in secret. It makes my prayer time feel more intentional and sincere. I record answered prayers, which is a beautiful way to see God's faithfulness over time. Recently, I've been journaling about GRACE IN REJECTION, which has been incredibly healing. We all face moments of rejection, whether big or small. Through journaling, I've learned to process these feelings, practice forgiveness, and remember that God's love is unwavering. I often think about Joseph's story from the Bible – how he faced so much rejection and betrayal, yet God used it all for good. Journaling about these experiences helps me embrace God's love and find peace even when things don't go my way. It's about seeing His grace in every circumstance.
